Hi, I’m Katie, a mum of two and a qualified infant and toddler sleep consultant. I know firsthand how exhausting sleep deprivation can be. I was once where you are now – overwhelmed, exhausted, and in desperate need of a solution.

After Katie’s initial call and visit, she made an easy to follow plan that would work towards our end goals of our 11 month old sleeping through the night, without need of a dummy or feeding to sleep (which we never dreamed would be possible!). The plan was gentle with small steps each three days leading up to him learning how to self soothe without need of physical contact/bottles. From the first day of following the plan, the transformation was dramatic with him sleeping through 90% of the nights during the training and since we have completed it he very rarely wakes up during the night. Katie was on hand every step of the way and was constantly responding to and messaging us to check how things were going, amend the plan as necessary and give support with getting into good habits with his nap times and wake windows. This did not have a negative impact on mine and my babies social schedule each day and she helped me work around our plans without it impacting his progress. Without her support, I don’t believe we’d have had such an incredible outcome of him sleeping through the night. If you’re debating whether or not to work with Katie, we’d hundred percent recommend to invest into her package, the time we have gained back in the mornings and evenings is invaluable and we both feel like humans again now we are able to sleep properly (a crucial thing as I’m going back to work soon!) Our little boy is also benefitting so much from his extra sleep!
